Lead Our Student Experience Team

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our team as the Operations Team Leader. This critical leadership position is responsible for managing all first-line customer enquiries within our omni-channel student experience team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of advisers who deliver exceptional service across multiple channels
  • Collaborate closely with other operational leaders to enhance both the efficiency and quality of service delivery
  • Create a supportive and high-performing team environment, ensuring customer service excellence remains at the forefront
  • Use data to drive performance improvements and guide staff development through coaching and support
