Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tending Project Manager to join our team at Fintech Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our Marine Geophysical Service Line, you will be responsible for supporting our commercial strategy implementation, proposal preparation and delivery, contract negotiation and client management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy Implementation: Work closely with our team to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Proposal Development and Delivery: Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals to clients, ensuring that our solutions meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, ensuring that our terms and conditions are met and that our clients are satisfied with our services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial strategy implementation, proposal development and delivery, contract negotiation and client management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Working Hours and Hybrid Working:

37.5 hours per week, with 3 days office and 2 days home.
