About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Controller to join our team at Trace - Expert Accountancy Recruitment. As a Fund Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our infrastructure fund within the fund management business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and review fund management information and reports on investment performance
  • Review annual fund statutory accounts and audit
  • Oversight of investor drawdowns, distributions, equalisations, and general investor reporting
  • Collaborate with third-party fund administrators
  • Liaise with the asset management team to report on fund performance
  • Conduct financial due diligence on target investments
Requirements
  • Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Audit experience with a Private Equity funds client base or fund accounting experience in-house or with a fund services provider
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with teams across the business
  • Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000, plus excellent benefits and bonus potential.
