About the Position:
A prominent entity in the European infrastructure sector is in search of a Lead Cost Estimator to enhance their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients.
• Guarantee that project forecasting is reported accurately on a monthly basis.
• Ensure the secure archiving and backup of all pertinent commercial data related to projects, adhering to the necessary company and industry standards.
• Conduct monthly commercial reporting and health check assessments.
• Ensure precise month-end cost variance reporting.
• Oversee that all commercial activities are executed ethically while maintaining a competitive edge.
• Review and manage risks and opportunities.
• Maintain cash flow effectively.
• Guide and mentor team members.
• Address any other reasonable requests from management.
