  • Lead the safety culture in engineering, prioritizing employee safety and product safety above all else.
  • Direct the Power Distribution & Controls engineering function and provide executive leadership to a global engineering team.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional business leadership team to deliver on business-level customer and financial commitments.
  • Drive cycle time efficiencies into development teams by challenging the status quo and championing new, innovative ways to develop products.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
