Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and installation work on occupied and unoccupied properties. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that all electrical work is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical testing and inspection on properties
  • Deliver reactive and planned maintenance and minor electrical installation works
  • Work on occupied and unoccupied properties, ensuring all electrical work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Complete all electrical certification and benchmarking
  • Use appropriate safety equipment and wear provided uniform

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • 18th edition certification or currently working towards it
  • City & Guilds 2391 inspection and testing certificate
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Experience working with social housing contracts is desirable
  • CSR card
