Compliance and Supply Chain Administrator Role

The Compliance and Supply Chain Administrator supports the Compliance and Supply Chain Manager in ensuring a positive momentum in all dealings with the supply chain, as well as supporting the compliance process in the delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support in the progression and conclusion of supply chain pre-qualifications
  • Ensure that supply chain data and information is current and accurate
  • Maintain the supply chain database
  • Ensure that supply chain scoring and feedback is managed effectively and communicated consistently and clearly to the supply chain and internally
  • Support the collation of O+M Manuals for all completed projects, ensuring all information is obtained from the supply chain and internally
  • Support the compliance team - ISO, supply chain, and general administration support
  • Identify opportunities for more streamlined processes through digital technology
Requirements
  • An organised and disciplined individual with a high level of attention to detail and good document control
  • A desire to support continuous improvement and feed back lessons learned to inform future sales efforts and project delivery
  • Desirable, but not essential, experience working in a similar role or a keen interest in supply chain development
