About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to help lead the growth of our brand awareness in the Agri-tech sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies, driving campaigns, and contributing to the company's 'tech for good' initiatives within agriculture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI
- Contribute to the selection and implementation of marketing tools and systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the technology, agriculture, or sustainability sector
- A solid understanding of marketing strategy and budgeting
- Experience with marketing tools and systems, including social media and email marketing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
