Are you a diligent and detail-focused individual with a commitment to upkeep and cleanliness? Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out cleaning duties throughout all areas of the property, including entrances and communal spaces.

  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, including entry systems.
  • Executing deep cleaning operations to keep the premises pristine.
  • Utilizing various cleaning equipment, such as pressure washers.
  • Overseeing contractors to ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
  • Performing basic repairs, painting, and decorating as required.
  • Responding promptly to emergencies, including water leaks and fire hazards.
  • Maintaining precise records, including utility meter readings.

We seek an enthusiastic and approachable individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and is willing to assist wherever necessary. Basic administrative and computer skills are also important to maintain accurate records.

Working Hours: 21 to 28 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.35 to £13.50
