Job Title: Senior Financial Crime Investigations Officer

Job Summary:

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Crime Investigations Officer to join our team in London. As a key member of our Financial Crime department, you will be responsible for investigating and preventing financial crime, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert advice to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze complex financial crime cases, including money laundering, terrorist financing, and bribery and corruption.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent financial crime, including AML post transaction monitoring and regulatory projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Risk, and Legal, to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice to the business on financial crime matters, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Strong investigative and analytical skills, with experience in financial crime investigations.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK regulatory requirements, including the Money Laundering Regulations and the Proceeds of Crime Act.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
