About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Organic Laboratory Analyst to join our team at our state-of-the-art laboratory in Hyde, Greater Manchester. As an Organic Laboratory Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality analytical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical work in accordance with our laboratory procedures and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including GC-MS, GCxGC, and GC-MS Headspace.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Process and analyze samples, and document results in accordance with UKAS and our Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Assist in method development and validation, and participate in quality control activities.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment.

Person Specification:

We are looking for an experienced laboratory analyst with a strong background in organic analysis. The ideal candidate will have:

At least 1 year of experience as a laboratory analyst.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
