About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team at Sense, a leading charity that supports people with complex disabilities.

As a Deputy Care Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Care Manager to deliver high-quality care services to individuals with sensory impairments, learning difficulties, and/or mobility impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals and groups within the centre and community to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Assist the manager in the running of the service, including rota management, supervising, mentoring, and leading the team to ensure compliance with organisational expectations and standards.
  • Deliver services that meet or exceed organisational expectations and standards, ensuring a customised, responsive, and high-quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical, and/or learning disabilities.
