Head of Software Engineering

Circle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Software Engineering to lead a talented team of engineers and drive the development of innovative software solutions.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of software engineers and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies that align with the company's mission and organisational goals.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience being head of or managing a software team.
  • Previous experience with C# and.NET technologies.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
  • Good experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Project management experience.
  • Exposure to CI/CD technologies.
