Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at JC Warner HVAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Treat every customer with respect and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to sale.
    • Help customers find the perfect vehicle, providing expert knowledge and guidance throughout the sales process.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the sales team.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Professional Development
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 12 months of experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education and Certifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Valid UK driving license for a minimum of 12 months.
