Relief Worker

We are seeking a Relief Bank worker to join our team at Llamau Ltd. As a Relief Bank worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring their safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the safety and security of the project and the people living there, ensuring the expected standards of maintenance and cleanliness are met.
• Engage with clients, building professional, trusting, and respectful relationships.
• Communicate effectively with the team and relevant partner agencies, recording and reporting all work as per procedure.
• Advocate on behalf of clients with statutory services, including Social Services, Health, and Emergency Services.

Requirements:

• Lone working, following procedures, taking initiative, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including waking nights.
