Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Delivery Night Driver to join our team at Driver Hire Manchester North & Oldham. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering flooring supplies to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance
  • Complete paperwork accurately as instructed
  • Deal with customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Oversee the loading of vehicles
  • Strap loads down to ensure safe transportation
  • Drive to Hinckley and meet with another driver to swap loads
  • Return to the depot and assist with unloading

Requirements:

  • Category C Entitlement (6 months required)
  • Full and valid CPC
  • Full and valid Digi
  • No more than 6 points
  • 6 months Class 2 Delivery Night Driving experience
  • Excellent communication skills
