{"About the Role": "We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our client\u2019s successful team in Derby. The ideal candidate will have several years of post-qualification experience, excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills, and a strong portfolio highlighting attention to detail and technical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Directors through all RIBA stages of projects
* Deliver work to a high standard within given time frames
* Collaborate with design teams and external clients/contractors
* Develop and maintain technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD
* Contribute to the development of the company\u2019s technical expertise

Requirements:

* Several years of UK-based experience working as an Architectural Technician/Technologist
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
* Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies
* CIAT or working towards chartership
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to make solutions
* Living locally to Derby and ideally own transport
