About the Role

Fair Ways is a leading children's services charity based in the Solent region, delivering a range of services including Fostering, Education, Residential, Mental Health, and Family services. We are seeking a team of flexible and adaptable Support Workers to provide full-time relief cover across all our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to our services across multiple sites, working in a variety of settings including Residential Children's Homes, Residential Family Centres, Fostering, Residential Mental Health Homes, Independent Supported Living, and Outreach services.
  • Support the needs of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and providing a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to deliver high-quality care and support, and contribute to the development of individual care plans.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 qualification in childcare, social care, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience of working with children, young people, and/or adults with health, social care, or educational needs.
  • A full driving license and access to a car.
  • An enhanced Disclosure (DBS) check.
