Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Manager to join our team at Clinique. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
About the Role: As a Counter Manager, you will be passionate about beauty and committed to providing personalized service to our customers. You will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their skin and makeup goals
- Confidently recommending custom-fit routines and products to meet customer needs
- Providing inspirational and authentic customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising to create a visually appealing store environment
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
