Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming communications and maintain a professional demeanor when addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the Council's Customer Care standards while providing exceptional service.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery.
