About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team in Chichester, West Sussex. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a range of complex privately funded family matters, including Separation and Divorce, Injunctions, Children's law services, Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial services, Separation agreements, Financial Settlements, Cohabitation agreements, and Collaborative Law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of Family matters with administrative support
  • Deal with a good level of work, including complex privately funded family matters
  • Supervise other team members and contribute to business development opportunities and networking
  • Develop and maintain knowledge within family law and contribute to the growth and success of the firm
Requirements
  • 2+ years PQE as a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Meticulous eye for detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Comfortable carrying out Business Development and contributing to the firm's growth
  • Ability to nurture and assist more junior solicitors
  • Resolution accreditation advantageous
