Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a commercial static site in Central London. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, and general plumbing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, and general plumbing maintenance.
  • Reactive maintenance and fault-finding of mechanical systems.
  • Perform tasks such as AHU maintenance, FCU maintenance, pump maintenance, motor maintenance, cooling tower maintenance, plumbing maintenance, chiller maintenance, and boiler maintenance.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of the site.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/C&G Level 3 in mechanical engineering, plumbing & heating, or Level 3 mechanical/plumbing apprenticeship.
  • Building service experience.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £48,000.
  • Optional overtime opportunities.
  • A Monday-to-Friday working schedule with shift availability.
