Job Description

ShortList Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their software development team in Warrington. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development technologies and programming principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand core business drivers and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Take ownership of project scope and change management.
  • Design and implement Scrum conceptual models for Agile Software Development.
  • Manage project risks thoroughly.
  • Direct, plan, and execute multiple product development projects.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of software development technologies.
  • Have a strong understanding of programming principles.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in software delivery projects, preferably with.NET and SQL.
  • Essential understanding of the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and improvement.
  • Be analytical with experience using SQL.
  • Have experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
Requirements:
  • Must have the essential skills listed above.
  • Be able to demonstrate evidence of successful project delivery.
  • Have experience with IT transformation and software delivery.

The Technical Business Analyst role offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, with the option to work remotely 3 days a week. The position is based in Warrington, but the client would only require the candidate to be in the office once a week.
