About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administrator to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment (London). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including credit control, office management, and portal system maintenance
  • Manage the office stationary, equipment, and other similar requirements
  • Monitor and respond to the admin inbox, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Liaise with clients via telephone and email, providing a high level of customer service
  • Report and manage databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • A desire to learn and develop, with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
