Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal elevator performance
  • Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns, carrying out minor repairs and adjustments as needed
  • Build strong relationships with our clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met
  • Participate in our 24/7 standby/callout rota, providing emergency support when required
  • Solve complex issues across a diverse portfolio of Orona and competitor elevator equipment
  • Conduct basic LG1 examinations and provide expert advice to clients
