Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute transactions (M&A) across the Healthcare space, leveraging expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documents, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction, fostering strong relationships and driving deal success.
  • Mentor and manage Analysts within the team, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.

Ideal Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking or a Big 4 M&A environment, with a proven track record of transaction execution and leadership.
  • Ability to take a lead role in the negotiation and execution of transactions, demonstrating exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
