Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a university project in Norwich. As part of our well-established company, you will oversee the project from the pre-construction phase through to its on-site commencement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of mechanical projects from pre-construction to project close-out.
  2. Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
  3. Cost control of the project with close alignment to QS - Financial reporting to management.
  4. Delegation of work to project team members.
