The Role

The successful candidate will take full responsibility of the MEP delivery on varying construction projects from Tender through to Commissioning and Completion stages. They will work as part of a Project Team and deliver a quality service to meet our clients' project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all MEP technical aspects of projects
  • Drive all stages of the MEP construction process
  • Chair Design, Co-ordination, progress and commissioning meetings
  • Influence decision making
  • Work under your own initiative
  • Value Engineer
  • Identify problems and offer solutions
  • Ensure compliance with H&S regulations
  • Be computer literate
  • Have attention to detail

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification (e.g. degree, HNC, HND, BEng, BSc, etc.)
  • CSCS card
  • Previous experience of driving MEP packages from procurement through to commissioning
  • Proven track record of projects delivered
  • Digitally savvy
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
