Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Wise Employment Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and enhancing manufacturing processes for precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost
  • Optimize existing manufacturing processes to meet production demands
  • Conduct experiments to test new processes and materials
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures
  • Develop and maintain process documentation
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement new processes and resolve production issues
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in manufacturing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in production/manufacturing engineering/process is essential, with aerospace industry experience advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles
  • Experience with troubleshooting, optimization, and process design
  • Skilled in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control methods
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of 8D methodology for problem solving
  • Proven track record of reducing internal failure costs
