As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, and supporting our consultants in their daily activities.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and meetings
* Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients
* Assist consultants with searching roles and uploading candidate CVs to client online portals
* Research the investment management recruitment market and identify industry trends
* Write adverts for roles being recruited for by consultants
* Provide cover for team members who are away on annual leave

Requirements:

* Customer service centric with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Strong proficiency in MS Office
* Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
* High attention to detail and numerate
* Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation abilities
