Main Responsibilities:

As a member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout the holiday season. This includes:

  • Ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Providing attentive and knowledgeable service to our guests, including food and beverage recommendations.
  • Managing the front of house operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
