About You

We seek enthusiastic and skilled software developers to contribute to our dynamic team. Ideal candidates should possess a self-driven attitude and a collaborative spirit, ready to support both Senior and Junior Developers as needed.

Comfort with remote work is essential, along with strong technical expertise and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Quick adaptability to new technologies is crucial, as is a comprehensive understanding of the business domains you will engage with. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with stakeholders at various levels and for grasping business requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local and remote team members to design, code, test, and document software programs adhering to established standards.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our business operations and the customized software utilized within them.
  • Propose suitable software solutions to address user challenges, working with stakeholders to outline user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and review system specifications and designs, employing well-understood technologies and appropriate design patterns.
  • Implement security measures to mitigate risks associated with software solutions and services.
  • Assist in troubleshooting software issues and perform infrastructure maintenance tasks as per established protocols.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of GxP and data integrity regulations, ensuring that solutions are designed with compliance in mind and producing necessary validation documentation.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language (preferably C#).
  • Experience in building HTTP APIs.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • Capability in developing single-page applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
  • Experience with automated unit and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of SQL, ORM frameworks, and database design.
  • Proficient in using Git and GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agile environment (scrum).
  • Background in delivering software within regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Knowledge of .Net Core.
  • Understanding of CQRS, Event Sourcing, and message-based architectures.
  • Experience with document databases.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary: £45,000 - £55,000.
  • Annual leave of 25 days plus bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years of service).
