Job Summary:

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Apprentice Installation Planner to join our planning team. As an Apprentice Installation Planner, you will be trained to optimize labor resources by planning and tracking installations, supporting the installation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with various parts of the organization and interact with both internal and external customers.
  • Manage the schedules of our engineers to meet customer requests and expectations, considering both available resources and customer needs.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Involved in equipment purchasing to effectively meet customer requirements.
  • Develop a foundation of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organization.

Training and Qualifications:

  • Enrolled on a level 3 Business Administrator qualification delivered by our training partners.
  • Attend college remotely and receive on-the-job guidance from experienced mentors and planners.

Career Progression:

  • Upon completion, a number of internal opportunities within the company will be available.

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent in English (Grade 5)
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths (Grade 5)
  • Full Driving Licence is desirable.
