Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and provide support and guidance to front-line practitioners on a day-to-day basis and through formal line management responsibilities.
  • Work alongside senior managers to ensure risk assessments and related management plans are implemented effectively, reviewed regularly, and updated as required.
  • Take responsibilities as a keyworker and attend meetings and reviews as required.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • A full driving licence and willingness to drive
  • DBS clearance
