We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Unit Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

About the Role

As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by Example: Delivering clinical guidance to your team, motivating and mentoring them to ensure the safe and efficient running of the care home.
  • Resident-Centred Care: Promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity by ensuring that the team provides the highest standards of care at all times.
  • Wellbeing and Safety: Assessing each resident's wellbeing, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met while maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Building lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community and liaising with local partners to raise the care home's profile.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification: A valid NMC pin and a commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
  • Passion for Care: A passion for caring for the elderly and helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
