This is an exciting opportunity to join our client, a leading provider of care services, as a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) in Bathgate. As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centred care to residents, prioritising their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Mentor and support colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring individualised and effective support.
- Participate in safeguarding training and reporting concerns, upholding the highest standards of care and protection.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of £21.63.
- Paid NMC PIN renewal and enhanced DBS/PVG.
