Job Description

Location: UK (with travel to various sites)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor and Geomatics Specialist to join our team at SmartPro. As a key member of our surveying team, you will be responsible for conducting topographical and measured building surveys, creating 3D point cloud models, and monitoring and performing setting out tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct topographical and measured building surveys to produce accurate and detailed survey drawings
  • Develop 3D point cloud models to support construction and residential projects
  • Perform setting out tasks for various construction and residential projects
  • Monitor and report on site conditions and progress
  • Operate GPS and other surveying equipment to collect data and conduct surveys
  • Collaborate with clients and the team to ensure project specifications are met
  • Travel to different sites as required, with a company vehicle provided

Requirements:

  • Qualification in surveying or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in CAD and surveying software
  • Valid driver's license
