Experienced Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Truro area.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification.
The ideal candidate will possess strong staff management skills, excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding care and service delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
