Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in providing financial support to our clients and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets, and provide financial guidance to management.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes, including accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Qualifications: ACCA / CIMA / ACA part qualified or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in a Management Accounting role, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Advanced IT and Excel skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of data.
