Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team in Watford. You will play a vital role in providing one-on-one support to a gentleman in his 30s who resides in supported housing. Your primary responsibilities will encompass assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, medication management, and financial administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with household chores and maintenance.
- Offer support with personal hygiene and grooming routines.
- Ensure accurate medication administration and monitoring.
- Accompany him on outings to museums, theme parks, and social events.
- Assist with financial management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to a car.
