Executive Chef - Harbour Hotels Management Ltd
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 based on experience + bonuses + gratuities
We are looking for a talented and seasoned Executive Chef to take charge of our culinary team, delivering outstanding dining experiences.
The successful candidate will possess a deep passion for gastronomy and creativity, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities to effectively manage the kitchen personnel.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of food preparation and production within the kitchen
- Oversee kitchen staff, offering mentorship and training as necessary
- Ensure adherence to food safety laws and standards
- Lead the development of menus and oversee food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and procure supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with management to innovate new dishes and enhance existing recipes
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Significant experience in a professional culinary setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of culinary methods and industry best practices
- A proven history of leading and managing a culinary team
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
