Executive Chef - Harbour Hotels Management Ltd

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 based on experience + bonuses + gratuities

We are looking for a talented and seasoned Executive Chef to take charge of our culinary team, delivering outstanding dining experiences.

The successful candidate will possess a deep passion for gastronomy and creativity, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities to effectively manage the kitchen personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of food preparation and production within the kitchen
  • Oversee kitchen staff, offering mentorship and training as necessary
  • Ensure adherence to food safety laws and standards
  • Lead the development of menus and oversee food preparation
  • Monitor inventory levels and procure supplies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with management to innovate new dishes and enhance existing recipes

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in a professional culinary setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of culinary methods and industry best practices
  • A proven history of leading and managing a culinary team
