Job Summary:

Foundation Personnel Limited is seeking a skilled Banksman to join our team in a busy construction site. As a Banksman, you will be responsible for safely directing and banking plant equipment, ensuring clear communication with plant operators, and coordinating site logistics to optimize efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely Directing Plant Equipment: Safely banking and directing plant machinery, including cranes, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
• Communication and Safety: Ensuring clear communication with plant operators to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Site Logistics Coordination: Assisting in coordinating site logistics to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Safety Checks and Compliance: Conducting regular safety checks and adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Certification and Experience: Valid Banksman or Traffic Marshal certification and proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction environment.
• Communication and Teamwork: Strong understanding of site safety procedures and protocols, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
