About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the export process from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with clients to understand their export needs and providing quotes for services
  • Collaborating with overseas agents and hauliers to secure the best rates and ensure timely delivery
  • Preparing and submitting customs entries and paperwork
  • Monitoring shipments from start to finish to ensure smooth delivery
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Assisting with project coordination and event logistics

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in export operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in PC software and systems

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
