Proposals Engineer - Automotive Solutions

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Proposals Engineer to join a leading company in the automotive industry. As a Proposals Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success by expanding its footprint in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and negotiation of technical and commercial proposals for automation systems and manufacturing facility modifications.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities within the UK Automotive Industry, enhancing the company's market share.
  • Collaborate with engineering and site teams to develop robust, innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring proposals are submitted by bid due dates and projects are delivered to specification.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in automotive solutions design for engine production lines.
  • Exceptional project planning skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
