About the Role:
The Cambian Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hill House School. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with Autism and learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the professional team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Engage in activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to The Cambian Group's safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
- Hold a RQF Residential Child Care level 3 Diploma or similar qualification.
- Be a strong team player, confident, motivated, and well-organized.
- Have patience, commitment, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Meet the person specification to be offered this post.
