LNT Group, a leading purpose-built residential care home developer and constructor, is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join its dynamic team nationwide.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in new build construction projects and highways, with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Oversee construction work, including site setup, material management, and labor supervision.
  • Conduct dilapidation surveys, land surveys, and as-built surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Set out sites, ensuring precise measurements and alignment.
  • Review technical designs and drawings for accuracy, ensuring they meet project specifications.
  • Supervise contracted staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, local authorities, architects, and other professionals to ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Provide technical advice and problem-solving expertise on site, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.
  • Prepare site reports and log progress, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project status.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, sustainability guidelines, and relevant legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card.
  • City & Guilds Medium Risk Confined space certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
