About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team at Give a Grad a Go. As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and tracking the success of paid social campaigns, managing programmatic and OLV campaigns, and delivering regular updates on progress and performance of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and tracking the success of paid social campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including analyzing data on a daily basis and collating weekly insights.
  • Managing programmatic & OLV campaigns across self-serve partners, such as YouTube, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Client management - delivering regular updates on progress and performance of campaigns, including analyzing data on a daily basis and collating weekly insights.
  • Monitoring traffic and paid social media to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Collecting data and analytics from campaigns and compiling reports using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
  • Researching for proposals and client briefs to ensure accurate and effective campaign execution.
  • Scheduling media, checking rates, researching media spend, and managing client budgets to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a 2.1 from a university.
  • Some experience with setting up or running Paid Social campaigns.
  • An interest in the luxury industry and the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands that our clients work with.
  • A real desire to pursue a career in the media industry.
  • Confident and excited to develop client-facing communication skills from the offset.
  • An analytical mindset and confident using Excel.
  • Exposure to a media agency would be superb but by no means a pre-requisite.
