Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Residential Care Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to our residents, including those with emotional and behavioral difficulties. The role involves working with up to 4 teenagers, providing a caring and supportive environment, and ensuring the rights and needs of our residents are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day care and support to our residents, including those with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
  • Work with up to 4 teenagers, providing a caring and supportive environment.
  • Ensure the rights and needs of our residents are met, including their physical, psychological, and emotional needs.
  • Communicate concerns to the registered manager regarding our residents' needs.
  • Be accountable for budgets allocated for specific purposes, including distribution and recording.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work shifts, including alternate weekends.
  • Hold a valid UK/EU driving licence (you do not need your own vehicle).
  • Must possess NVQ3 / QCF level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards the Children's workforce development pathway.
