Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our client, a leading Tier 1 Construction Contractor, on a large extension project to a school in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of construction professionals to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
