Architectural Opportunity in Canterbury

Conrad Consulting Ltd have partnered with a renowned AJ100 architectural practice in Canterbury to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Architect to join their team.

As a registered Architect, you will have a proven track record of working on a range of project types within various sectors, including Conservation, Heritage, and Masterplanning. You will possess excellent design and drawing skills, with the ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ARB and RIBA registration with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience in complex refurbishment projects
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe software
  • Understanding of NBS Chorus Software
  • Proven experience working across all RIBA Stages
  • Demonstratable experience of independent project running
  • Understanding of UK Building regulations and Planning
  • Design and Technical detailing skills

This role offers a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £35,000, dependent on experience, and a fantastic benefits package. The company has a proven track record of developing and retaining talented staff through a supportive and rewarding environment.
